• Services up to and beyond Christmas

    Sunday 14th December

9.15 am Holy Communion, with a focus on the Treble bell which has recently been removed from the Bell Tower and which is, sadly, irreperable - it soulds as if it is badly cracked, but the crack is internal. A bit of history. This bell is our youngest bell as it was founded in 1540 by John Cole and it has rung out over Tangmere for 485 years.

    Sunday 21st December

    9.15 am Holy Communion

6.00pm Carol Service followed by Mulled Wine and Mince Pies. Last year there were only seven chairs vacant, so you may have to stand if you arrive at the last minute !

    Wednesday 25th December

    2.30pm Crib Service

    11.30pm Midnight Mass

After Christmas we resume our usual Sunday 9.15 Holy Communion and Emma tells me that she has already booked visiting retired clergy for every Sunday Lent Services up to the week after Easter - efficient or what ?
